Mitsumine High School is infamous for having the highest concentration of juvenile delinquents in the entire country. The students are known for their violent behavior, causing even the teachers to fear for their own safety. Sunahara is the leader of the first-year class and is widely regarded as the strongest student in his grade. However, when Asagiri Shinnosuke, a new transfer student, arrives at the school, chaos ensues. Asagiri unleashes a series of attacks, defeating opponents left and right and creating dust clouds that resemble a tornado. The students of Mitsumine had no idea how explosive the situation could become, as Asagiri has his sights set solely on becoming the school champion.
