Parallel World Pharmacy summary:

After losing his sister to a terminal disease, Kanji Yakutani, a renowned medical researcher, focused all his efforts on developing new medication. Sadly, he passed away at 31 years old. However, he wakes up in a different world as a 10-year-old boy belonging to the powerful De Médicis family during the Middle Ages. This new world houses protector deities that endow people with magical skills known as divine arts. Falma, as he is now called, realizes he possesses the divine arts of creation and reduction after discovering he is the home for the guardian deity of medicine. Additionally, he has the ability to instantly diagnose illnesses in people's bodies. Falma comprehends that healthcare in this setting is inadequate, and only those with money can afford proper medical care. Leveraging his contemporary knowledge and divine powers, he embarks on improving healthcare, earning him recognition from the imperial court. Subsequently, he establishes his pharmacy and sets out to expand healthcare in the San Fleuve Empire to make it accessible to all.
